Hello and welcome! I am a teacher, mother of four, and passionate supporter of fellow women and mothers.

After I became a mom, I felt lost and unprepared. Because I didn't know what I didn't know, birth hadn't gone to plan. Furthermore, I had been fed the lie that I could "have it all" - that motherhood wouldn't challenge my identity and change me to the core. I also thought that being changed was bad, that it was only loss.

After years of healing and learning and growing, I have come to love the self-gift that motherhood requires, even if it is still challenging every day. This growth that I have experienced and accompanied friends through has spurred me to become a birth educator, birth doula, and postpartum doula. Click the button below to find out more!
