Base postpartum offerings include: - Three two-hour long visits where I am available to help you rest, visit with you, do chores, process birth story, facilitate discussion between you and partner about birth, postpartum, and parenting a new child, and whatever support you may need! - Availability via text or phone for the first 40 days postpartum - Complimentary meal train set up and management - Basic postpartum wellness care package - witch hazel spray, sitz bath, basic snacks and hydration mix, week’s supply of disposable nursing pads Additional offerings: - Facilitate a Nesting Party - a third trimester gathering aimed at helping you prep your home, fridge, and heart for birth! - Price varies - contact me for a quote! - 1 nourishing celebratory dinner for two adults (appetizer, entree, dessert): $50 (Add $5 for each additional child) - 3 postpartum specific meals (entree only): $100 - 1.5 hour birth story processing and transcription session: $75 - Personalized postpartum wellness plan - $25 - Postpartum wellness care package - basic care package above plus postpartum loose leaf tea blend, additional supply of snacks and hydration mix, padsicles, blank journal - $30 if in addition to Base Package, $50 if separate Can be combined with other services for a bundle price.
