As your birth doula, we have 1* prenatal meeting to discuss your birth preferences, your birth team, and answer any outstanding questions you have. I am available from that point on via text, email, or phone to answer any questions that come up and lend support as your birthing day approaches! When labor begins, I am available continuously via phone during early labor and in person support from the time of active labor. For virtual clients, I am available continuously via phone during the entirety of labor. Basic birth doula services also include one meeting postpartum. I am also available for support for caesarean births. Whether I am there in person depends largely on the hospital regulations, but I would be happy to discuss what that looks like! I have a special love for VBAC mamas and would love to serve you!
